Creative Projects For Children's Books:
On this page, you will find many unique student projects based on popular children's novels. My students actually cheer when it is time for them to work on a group project based on a novel that they have read together in class.
For the book titles that are listed above, you will find LARGE and creative cooperative group projects for your students to complete after they have read a book together.
Learning to work in cooperative groups is an important skill that we must teach our students. As teachers, we need to present our students with opportunities to work together with their classmates.
There are also fun individual student projects available for many of the books that are found on this page.
I spent the last 16 years of my teaching career working at the elementary school level. Consequently, the majority of the books that I have created resources for, and that are listed on this page, are for Grades 1 - 5 students.
Below you can view examples of some of the creative projects for children's books that are available on my website.

My group projects include templates that are glued together to form one extra large and unique project. Each group has to read the assembly directions and follow them carefully in order to assemble their project.
